Tagtaga is an entertainment and comedy service. You book a time slot; an automated AI character joins a WhatsApp group that you control and, for approximately 30 minutes, delivers comedic "roast" material and cartoon parody images about people you have described to us. It then says goodbye and leaves the group. Everything the service produces is fiction written for comedic effect and must not be understood as a statement of fact about any person.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the person who chooses the group, adds our number to it, selects the people to be roasted and supplies all information about them (names, nicknames, stories, photographs).
- You are solely and fully responsible for that choice and for the content you supply, and for any consequence arising from the session in your group — including any complaint, claim, dispute or offence taken by any participant.
- You confirm you have the authority to add participants to that group and to introduce our service into it.
- You confirm every person you ask us to roast is an adult (18+), and that you have supplied their birth year truthfully. Adult-oriented humour is only ever enabled when every listed person and you are 18 or older.
- You confirm you have the right to give us any photograph you upload, and that using it for a cartoon parody image does not infringe anyone's rights.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by any third party and arising out of your order, your group, the information you supplied, or the session you requested.
Regardless of what you request, the service is designed to refuse and will not knowingly produce material that touches: religion, God, the Prophet, the Quran or sect; the Emir, the ruling family, the government, politics or national security; accusations of crime, theft, corruption, adultery or dishonesty presented as fact; race, nationality, tribe or bidoon status; disability or serious illness; the deceased; minors; or threats, doxxing or incitement. We may refuse, edit or terminate any session that approaches these limits, without refund.
Any participant in the group may type «وقف», «بس» or "stop". The character will apologise, stop immediately and leave the group. The session is treated as delivered and no refund arises.
- A session is 30 minutes and costs 1 KD per person roasted, minimum 2 and maximum 10 people (2–10 KD per session). Prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar and include any applicable charges unless stated.
- Payment is taken at the time of booking through our payment provider. Your slot is only confirmed once payment is captured.
- You must add our WhatsApp number to your group before your slot begins. If the number has not been added when the slot starts, the session is treated as delivered.
All sales are final and no monetary refunds are given, including where you failed to add our number in time, the group removed our number, participants objected, or you were unhappy with the comedic material. As a goodwill measure you may reschedule once to another available slot by messaging us on WhatsApp at +965 5669 2650 before your booked time. A second reschedule is not available.
The service depends on third-party platforms (including WhatsApp) that we do not control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable where a third-party platform restricts, blocks or removes our number or your group. Where we are unable to deliver a session for a reason within our control, our sole obligation is to offer an alternative slot.
We collect only what is needed to deliver the session: your contact details, the information and any photographs you provide about the people to be roasted, and your booking and payment reference. If you give us a public social media account for someone, we read only what that account publishes publicly. Dossier material, photographs and anything read from public social accounts are used solely to generate that session's material, are not sold or shared, and are deleted as soon as your session ends. Order and payment records are retained as required by law. Requests relating to your data may be sent to us on WhatsApp at +965 5669 2650.
To the maximum extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the session concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of reputation, or loss arising from the reaction of any person to a session you requested.
You must not use Tagtaga to harass, bully, intimidate, threaten or defame any person, nor to target anyone who has asked not to be targeted, nor in any group whose members you are not entitled to address. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, and may permanently decline service to a customer who breaches these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and the courts of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction.
